Honda MSX125 Grom parts now available at Cycle Sector!

We've just added some of the newest parts to hit the market for the newly released MSX125 Honda Grom!  This new little bike is a fantastic platform for modifications, and we've got some top notch products by R&G Racing and Arrow Racing Parts now available to order.

R&G Racing is a leading manufacturer of high quality protective products as well as other accessories such as fender eliminators, rearsets and more.  They have created one of the few options for frame sliders available for the Grom which mounts to the frame rather than the motor.  They look great and are very strong.  They've also got swingarm and fork sliders, as well as a couple fender eliminators to clean up the tail section.

Arrow Racing Parts has also just released a couple exhaust systems for the Grom.  Slip-on options include aluminum with steel or carbon fiber endcaps, and titanium with carbon endcap.  You can get a full system by combining with the Arrow header, or purchase just the Arrow header separately to create a full system with any other exhaust for the Grom, which would mount up to the stock header.

Arrow Headers For Your Sportbike!

One of the most popular modifications people make to their sportbike is upgrading the exhaust.  Not only does a new pipe give you a performance boost but it also makes your bike growl like it was meant to.   Many people first start with a slip-on pipe and then later want upgrade to a full system.  This is where Arrow comes in; rather than having to swap out the entire system, Arrow sells performance headers that will fit to your slip-on exhaust, giving you a full system!

Ryders Alley WSBK Viewing Party

An underground motorcycle sub culture is brewing in the NY area.  On an undisclosed block on Manhattan’s West Side, a group of real diehards braved the cold and road to an unassuming brick building.  A few keypad codes and secret handshakes later, we arrived in a clandestine motorcycle cave known as Ryders Alley United.  What started as a winter storage facility, has turned into a veritable hang out for the NYC motorcycle community.  Guests enjoyed commercial free viewing of this weekend’s WSBK as well as beverages and world famous NY pizza.  Us JPR-Performance guys love free food. 

 The racing was a spectacular opening to the WSBK season.  Checa’s wild crash in race one had the small crowd out of their seats.  The Spaniard did get the win in race 2 for a nice points recovery place him in 4^th in the championship standings.   Watch Checa catch some major in air in this highlight video of race one:

Tom Sykes piloted his ZX-10r to Kawasaki’s best overall weekend in superbike racing in what seems like a long while.  Team Green has taken operations of their WSBK team in house this year and this weekends results make a strong statement that it was a move in the right direction.  Sykes placed 4^th and 3^rd in the first round of the season putting him 3^rd in points.

            The tip of the hat has to go to Max Biaggi for his masterful performance onboard the Aprilia RSV4.  After Checa got boosted out of his seat in race 1, Biaggi cruised to a win in the season opener.  The Emperor’s race 2 podium finish was not achieved as easily.  Max furiously road his machine from the back of the pack to a 2^nd place finish after an early race incident ended in him taking and off road excursion.  Regarding going off in the first corners Biaggi later said, “After running off the track I only thought about focusing and giving my all, because coming back from last place is always risky. We succeeded. We're taking home two good results and now there is nothing left to do but keep the tension high to confirm our strength at Imola.”  Clips of the action in this race 2 highlight real:
